Psychotherapy for adults

Individual Therapy

A space to understand yourself and move forward.

Life can become difficult to navigate when familiar ways of coping no longer seem to work. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in recurring patterns, or uncertain about how to approach the challenges in front of you.

Individual therapy offers an opportunity to better understand your experiences, develop new perspectives, and find practical ways to create change.

When therapy may be helpful

You don't have to wait until things become overwhelming.

People seek therapy for different reasons. Some are navigating a specific difficulty, while others have been carrying concerns for years without fully understanding their impact.

Sometimes, the challenges are easy to identify. Other times, you may notice recurring patterns in your thoughts, emotions, or relationships without fully understanding why they persist. You might recognize that something needs to change but feel uncertain about where to begin.

Therapy offers an opportunity to explore these experiences, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and consider new ways of approaching the challenges in your life.

What our work looks like

Understanding is important. So is knowing what to do next.

Therapy isn’t simply about talking through difficulties. It’s also about understanding how your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns of behavior influence your life.

My approach combines thoughtful exploration with evidence-based, solution-focused strategies. Depending on your needs, our work may involve identifying patterns that keep you feeling stuck, developing more effective ways to respond to difficult emotions, or approaching relationships and everyday challenges differently.

I believe meaningful progress comes from both understanding yourself more deeply and finding ways to apply that understanding outside of therapy.

Our work is collaborative, with attention to your goals, circumstances, and what feels most useful to you.

Area of focus

Support for the challenges you're facing.

Individual therapy can address a range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. My work focuses on helping adults better understand their experiences and develop practical ways to navigate life’s challenges.

Anxiety

Address persistent worry, overthinking, and patterns of avoidance while developing greater flexibility in responding to uncertainty.

Depression

Explore experiences of low mood, disconnection, and diminished motivation while working toward greater engagement in everyday life.

Adult ADHD

Understand challenges with attention, organization, and follow-through while developing strategies suited to your needs.

Men’s Mental Health

Navigate emotional well-being, relationships, identity, and the personal or societal expectations that shape your experiences.

Grief and Loss

Make space for experiences of loss, navigate difficult emotions, and find ways to adjust to changes in your life.

Relationship Issues

Explore interpersonal patterns, communication difficulties, boundaries, and ways to build healthier connections.

What to expect

Therapy that respects your individuality.

There is no single approach that works for everyone. Some people come to therapy with clear goals, while others need time to understand what they are experiencing and what they hope to change.

In our initial sessions, we’ll explore your concerns, relevant experiences, and what you’d like to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll work together to identify priorities and develop an approach that fits your needs.

Throughout the process, I aim to provide a space where you can speak openly, examine difficult experiences without judgment, and work toward changes that are meaningful to you.
