Telehealth sessions are conducted online using a HIPPA compliant and secure platform though Simple Practice. You can access Simple Practice using your computer phone or tablet. For more information on how to use Simple Practice please click here.

If we have problems with connection through Simple Practice, we can conduct or continue our sessions through Zoom, another HIPAA compliant and secure platform. You can connect to Zoom on your desktop or download the application on your phone or tablet. Dr. Phua will send you a unique zoom link when there is a need to make the switch to Zoom.
